Connecticut Audubon in Fairfield begins a new series of classes this fall of Healing through Nature: Qigong. Incorporating movement, breathing and visualization, Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice to release stress, quiet the mind and boost the immune system. Class meets Tuesdays, Sept. 24 through Oct. 29, from noon to 1 p.m., at the historic Birdcraft Museum, 314 Unquowa Rd. in Fairfield.
