Michelle DiMarzo, the Curator of Education and Academic Engagement, will present a gallery talk titled The Great War and Beyond: Early 20th-Century Prints in the James Reed Collection, which is presented in conjunction with the exhibition The Artist Collects: Highlights from the James Reed Collection. The gallery talk is on Tuesday, April 23rd in the Walsh Gallery at the Quick Center for the Performing Arts starting at 5 p.m.

Join us for a film screening of “Art Is…The Permanent Revolution” (2012) on Wednesday, April 24 at 5 p.m. in the Multi-Media Room of the DiMenna-Nyselius Library. The documentary, by Manfred Kircheimer, explores how politics and the artists of the past have affected the art and process of four artists presented in documentary. The film is presented in conjunction with The Artist Collects: Highlights from the James Reed Collection (March 14 – June 8, 2019).

Qigong, an ancient Chinese healing practice, incorporates movement, breathing and visualization to cultivate balance and cleanse the body of stress and toxins. Classes are Tuesdays, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., beginning with a free introductory class on March. 26.
