Bookstore Artist of the Month: Frankie Fieri

Frankie Frieri is a local artist and the owner of Fairfield’s first and only tattoo/fine art gallery called Three Roses Studio located in the Brickwalk in downtown Fairfield. Frankie works in most every medium, including oils, acrylics, soft pastels, pencil, markers, ink, watercolor and obviously ink on skin. Frankie’s art work is also featured on sneakers, skateboards and canvases. The Culper Ring: The Spies of George Washington

Find out how history is interpreted in various media, from graphic novels to historical drama on television. Kirk Manley, graphic artist for the exhibition Culper Ring: The Spies of George Washington  has a series of graphic novel-style panels that tell the dramatic story of the spy ring that operated between New York City, Long Island, and Fairfield during the Revolutionary War. Manley’s new graphic novel will also be available for purchase in the Museum Shop!This exhibition is supported by CT Humanities.
