FAIRFIELD FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL RETURNS ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10
Great Food and Music All Day Long at Jennings Beach
The Friends of Fairfield Public Library is pleased to announce that the Fairfield Food Truck Festival returns in 2023 for its sixth year of family fun, with many old favorite trucks and a selection of new trucks and menus.
The Festival will take place Sunday, Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Jennings Beach. Admission is a $5 donation and kids age 12 and under are free. Trucks charge their usual prices. Plenty of free parking.
“For many years, the festival has been a great way to cap off a wonderful summer. I know everyone is looking forward to being outside, seeing friends and eating great food,” said Friends’ President Donna Cahill.
This year’s festival is a partnership with the Town of Fairfield and the world’s greatest independent radio station - WPKN in Bridgeport. WPKN DJs will be playing sets of great music all day long.
The Fairfield Food Truck Festival has raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Fairfield Public Library since debuting in 2017. All proceeds from the Festival are used to fund community-facing programs and initiatives at the library, such as a new public-address system for the Rotary Room, the mobile computer lab, and improvements to the children’s library at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library.
“The Town of Fairfield is pleased to join with the Friends of Fairfield Public Library on this wonderful event!” Fairfield First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick said.
The 2023 Festival will feature approximately 15 of the area’s top food trucks. Many Festival favorites are returning, including Lobster Craft, Fork in the Road and Proof Pizza. Expect plenty of new trucks offering exciting menu choices.

The Fairfield Food Truck Festival is the only one of its kind in coastal Fairfield County. Thousands of food truck fans have packed beautiful Jennings Beach each year since 2017, tasting dishes from the area’s most popular trucks, listening to music and supporting the Fairfield Public Library.
